  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons Italian seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1.5 cups marinara sauce
  • 4 pieces provolone cheese slices
  • 0.25 cups grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley (optional, chopped for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Step 2

Season the chicken breasts on both sides with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and 1 teaspoon of Italian seasoning.
