  • 1 cup Chicken stock
  • 0.5 cup Dry white wine
  • 0.5 cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 4 sprigs Fresh thyme sprigs
  • 1 sprig Fresh rosemary sprig
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken thighs with salt and black pepper on both sides.

Step 2

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken thighs and sear for 3-4 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
