Ingredients

  • 16 pieces Large prawns, peeled and deveined
  • 8 pieces Prosciutto slices, thinly sliced

  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced

  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 4 pieces Lemon wedges, for serving

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.

Step 2

Pat the prawns dry with paper towels and place them in a medium-sized bowl.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix the olive oil, minced garlic, lemon zest, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Pour this mixture over the prawns and toss to coat evenly.
