  • 4 pieces Chicken breasts
  • 8 slices Prosciutto
  • 120 grams Cream cheese
  • 50 grams Grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
  • 50 grams Fresh spinach (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon Paprika

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 200°C (400°F). Lightly grease a baking dish with olive oil.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine cream cheese, grated Parmesan, minced garlic, and chopped spinach. Mix until well blended.

Step 3

Using a sharp knife, carefully cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast. Be cautious not to cut all the way through.
