  • 2 slices Sourdough bread
  • 3 slices Prosciutto
  • 2 slices Provolone cheese
  • 1 tablespoon Unsalted butter
  • 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise
  • 0.5 cups Arugula
  • 1 teaspoon Olive oil
  • 0.25 teaspoons Cracked black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Spread the mayonnaise evenly on one side of both slices of sourdough bread.

Step 2

Layer the prosciutto slices on one piece of bread, followed by the provolone cheese slices.

Step 3
