Ingredients

  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • 4 pieces Whole-wheat burger buns
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 4 pieces Tomato slices
  • 0.25 cup Light mayonnaise or Greek yogurt

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, egg, minced garlic, finely chopped onion, parsley, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are thoroughly incorporated.

Step 2

Divide the chicken mixture into four equal portions and shape them into burger patties about 1/2 inch thick.

Step 3

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet or grill pan over medium heat.
