Ingredients

  • 1 loaf (approximately 12 oz) Pound cake
  • 4 bars (approximately 1.55 oz each) Semi-sweet chocolate bars
  • 12 pieces Large marshmallows
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 0.5 teaspoons Flaky sea salt (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your broiler on high or prepare a stovetop grill pan over medium heat.

Step 2

Slice the pound cake into 12 equal slices, about ½-inch thick each.

Step 3

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Lightly toast both sides of each pound cake slice in the melted butter until golden-brown, about 1 minute per side. Set aside.

Step 4

On a baking sheet lined with parchment paper, place 6 pound cake slices as a base layer.
