Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).

Peel the russet potatoes and slice them thinly (about 1/8-inch thick) using a sharp knife or mandoline. Set the slices aside in cold water to prevent browning.

In a medium saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat.
