  • 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Scrub the potatoes clean under running water and pat them dry with a towel.

Pierce each potato a few times with a fork to allow steam to escape during cooking.

Rub the potatoes with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and sprinkle with a pinch of salt.
