Ingredients

  • 800 grams Small potatoes
  • 30 grams Fresh cilantro leaves
  • 3 tablespoons Lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 0.25 teaspoon Red chili flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Wash the potatoes thoroughly and cut them into bite-sized chunks. If you prefer, you can peel them, but leaving the skin on adds texture and nutrients.

Place the potatoes in a large pot and cover with water. Add a pinch of salt to the water and bring it to a boil over medium-high heat.
