  • 2 pounds Yukon Gold potatoes
  • 2 teaspoons Salt
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise

  • 3 stalks Green onions, thinly sliced
  • 2 stalks Celery, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Wash and peel the Yukon Gold potatoes. Cut them into bite-sized, 1-inch cubes.
