  • 0.5 teaspoon Garam masala
  • 2 tablespoons Tamarind paste
  • 2 medium (finely chopped) Tomatoes
  • 0.5 cup Coconut milk
  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 teaspoon (or to taste) Salt
  • 2 tablespoons (chopped) Fresh cilantro (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Peel the potatoes and cut them into bite-sized cubes. Rinse well and set aside.

Heat the oil in a large pan or skillet over medium heat.
