Ingredients

  • 500 grams Baby potatoes
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 50 grams Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 150 grams Greek yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons Mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh dill (chopped)
  • 1 teaspoon Lemon juice
  • 1 pinch Salt (for dip)
  • 1 pinch Black pepper (for dip)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat the oven to 200°C (390°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.

Step 2

Wash the baby potatoes thoroughly and pat them dry with a clean kitchen towel.

Step 3

Slice the potatoes in half and place them in a large mixing bowl.

Step 4

Drizzle the olive oil over the potatoes, then add garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper. Toss until the potatoes are evenly coated.

Arrange the potatoes cut-side down on the prepared baking tray, leaving a little space between each piece.
