Ingredients

  • 1 pound Ground pork
  • 0.5 pound Shrimp, peeled, deveined, and finely chopped

  • 3 stalks Green onions, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger, freshly grated
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon White pepper
  • 50 pieces Round dumpling wrappers
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 0.5 cup Water
  • 1 cup Dipping sauce (soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, optional chili oil)

Directions

Step 1

In a large mixing bowl, combine ground pork, shrimp, shredded cabbage, green onions, ginger, soy sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, salt, and white pepper. Mix well until the filling is evenly combined.

Step 2

Prepare your work station with a small bowl of water for sealing the wrappers and a flat surface for assembly.

Step 3

Place a dumpling wrapper in the palm of your hand. Place about 1 teaspoon of the filling in the center of the wrapper.
