Ingredients

  • 200 grams Portuguese chouriço (chorizo)
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 4 pieces Portuguese bread rolls (Papo Secos or similar)
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 4 pieces Lettuce leaves
  • 8 slices Tomato slices
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the Portuguese chouriço into thin rounds. Finely chop the garlic and parsley.

Step 2

Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the chouriço slices and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until lightly crispy. Remove and set aside.
