Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Portobello mushroom caps
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 0.5 cups Pizza sauce
  • 1 cups Mozzarella cheese, shredded
  • 12 pieces Pepperoni slices
  • 4 pieces Fresh basil leaves
  • 0.25 teaspoons Red chili flakes (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

Clean the portobello mushroom caps by gently wiping them with a damp paper towel and removing the stems. Use a small spoon to scrape out the gills if desired.
