Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Large Portabella mushroom caps
  • 1 bottle Olive oil spray
  • 1 teaspoon Garlic powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Smoked paprika
  • 0.5 cup Low-fat shredded cheddar cheese
  • 2 slices Cooked turkey bacon, finely chopped
  • 0.25 cup Greek yogurt (optional, for topping)
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped green onions
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or aluminum foil.

Step 2

Gently clean the Portabella mushroom caps with a damp paper towel. Use a spoon to carefully remove the gills from the underside of the mushrooms.

Step 3
