Ingredients

  • 300 grams Pork loin (thinly sliced)
  • 200 grams Fresh spinach

  • 1 tablespoon Oyster sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Sesame oil
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.25 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon Water

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, prepare a marinade by mixing soy sauce, oyster sauce, sesame oil, cornstarch, and water. Stir until smooth.

Step 2

Add the thinly sliced pork loin to the marinade, mix well to coat, and let it sit for 10 minutes.

Step 3

Wash the fresh spinach thoroughly under cold water and set aside to drain.

Heat a wok or large skillet over medium-high heat. Add the vegetable oil and swirl to coat the pan.
