Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
Season the pork tenderloins with salt and black pepper on all sides.
Heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil in a large oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the pork tenderloins for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown, then remove them from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, reduce the heat to medium and add the remaining 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the minced garlic and cook for 1 minute until fragrant.
