  • 1 teaspoon Lime zest
  • 2 tablespoons Lime juice
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro
  • 4 pieces Lime wedges

Directions

Step 1

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Step 2

Trim any silver skin from the pork tenderloin and pat it dry with paper towels.

Step 3

In a small bowl, mix together chipotle chili powder, paprika, ground cumin, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
