  • 2 cups Cooked jasmine rice (for serving)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium-sized mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, fish sauce, honey, lime juice, minced garlic, grated ginger, red curry paste, and sesame oil. Whisk until well combined to make the marinade.

Place the pork tenderloin in a zip-top bag or shallow dish. Pour the marinade over the pork, ensuring it’s evenly coated. Seal the bag or cover the dish and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour, or up to 8 hours for maximum flavor.
