Ingredients

  • 1 pound Pork tenderloin
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Fresh ginger, grated

  • 3 tablespoons Lemon juice, freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 2 tablespoons Green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 0.5 teaspoons Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoons Black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Trim the pork tenderloin of any excess fat and silver skin, then cut it into 1-inch-thick medallions.

Step 2

Season both sides of the medallions with salt and black pepper.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, lemon juice, honey, cornstarch, and water. Set aside.
