  • 4 pieces Pork tenderloin filets
  • 1 teaspoon Salt

  • 2 pieces Garlic cloves
  • 0.25 cup Pomegranate molasses
  • 0.5 cup Chicken stock
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh rosemary
  • 0.25 cup Pomegranate arils (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Trim any excess fat or silver skin from the pork tenderloin filets. Pat them dry with paper towels.

Step 2

Season both sides of the pork filets with salt and black pepper.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.

Once the oil is shimmering, add the pork filets to the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side until they are golden brown. Remove the filets from the skillet and set them aside.
