Ingredients

  • 3 lbs Pork shoulder roast
  • 4 medium Carrots, peeled and cut into chunks
  • 6 medium Potatoes, peeled and quartered
  • 1 large Yellow onion, peeled and sliced
  • 3 stalks Celery, cut into chunks
  • 4 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tsp Salt
  • 1 tsp Black pepper
  • 1 tsp Paprika
  • 1 tsp Dried thyme
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Pat the pork shoulder roast dry with paper towels and season generously with 1 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of pepper, paprika, and thyme.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
