Ingredients

  • 1 lb Boneless pork shoulder
  • 3 Garlic cloves, minced

  • 1 cup Plain Greek yogurt
  • 1 Ripe avocado
  • 0.5 cup Cucumber, grated
  • 2 tbsp Fresh dill, chopped
  • 1 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 4 Flatbreads or pitas
  • 4 Lettuce leaves
  • 1 cup Cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 0.5 cup Red onion, thinly sliced

Directions

Step 1

Cut the boneless pork shoulder into thin strips. Place it in a mixing bowl.

Step 2

Add minced garlic, ground cumin, coriander, smoked paprika, cinnamon, 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper to the bowl with the pork. Toss to coat evenly. Let marinate while preparing the other ingredients.
