Ingredients

  • 400 grams Pork tenderloin
  • 3 tablespoons Soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoons Oyster sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Dark soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Cornstarch
  • 2 teaspoons Sesame oil
  • 400 grams Egg noodles
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 3 pieces Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Ginger, minced
  • 1 medium Onion, sliced
  • 1 medium Carrot, julienned
  • 1 medium Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 200 grams Cabbage, shredded
  • 100 grams Bean sprouts
  • 3 pieces Green onions, sliced
  • 1 pinch White pepper

Directions

Step 1

Slice the pork tenderloin thinly into bite-sized strips.

Step 2

In a bowl, combine 1 tablespoon soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 teaspoon cornstarch, and 1 teaspoon sesame oil. Add the pork and mix well. Marinate for 15 minutes.

Step 3

Cook the egg noodles according to the package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and set aside.

Step 4

In a small bowl, mix the remaining 2 tablespoons soy sauce, 1 tablespoon oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon dark soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon sesame oil. Set the sauce aside.

Step 5

Heat 1 tablespoon vegetable oil in a large wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add the marinated pork and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes until browned and cooked through. Remove from the wok and set aside.

Step 6

In the same wok, add the remaining 1 tablespoon vegetable oil. Add the minced garlic and ginger, and stir-fry for 30 seconds until fragrant.

Step 7

Add the sliced onion, carrot, and red bell pepper. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.

Step 8

Add the shredded cabbage and bean sprouts, and stir-fry for another 2 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

Step 9

Add the cooked noodles to the wok and toss well with the vegetables.

Step 10

Pour the sauce mixture over the noodles and vegetables, then toss to coat evenly.

Step 11

Return the cooked pork to the wok and mix everything together. Stir-fry for another 1-2 minutes to heat through.

Step 12

Sprinkle with sliced green onions and a pinch of white pepper before serving.
