  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 2 tablespoons fresh oregano leaves (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels. Season both sides evenly with salt, black pepper, and 1 teaspoon of dried oregano.

Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Once the oil is shimmering, add the pork chops. Sear for 3-4 minutes per side, or until golden brown. Remove the chops from the skillet and set them aside on a plate.
