  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon Honey
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 0.5 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Season both sides of the pork chops with salt and ground black pepper.

Step 2

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil and butter. Once the butter has melted and the skillet is hot, add the pork chops in a single layer.
