Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Bone-in pork chops
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Cajun seasoning
  • 2 tablespoons All-purpose flour
  • 6 tablespoons Unsalted butter
  • 4 cloves Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil

Directions

Step 1

Pat the pork chops dry with a paper towel and season both sides with salt, black pepper, and 1 tablespoon of Cajun seasoning.

Step 2

Lightly dredge the pork chops in all-purpose flour, shaking off excess.

Step 3

In a large skillet over medium-high heat, add the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter.
