  • 1 cup apple cider
  • 0.25 cup light brown sugar, packed
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon fresh thyme leaves
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced

Directions

Step 1

1. Remove the pork chops from the refrigerator and pat them dry with paper towels. Season both sides with kosher salt, black pepper, and paprika. Let sit at room temperature for 10 minutes while you prepare the other ingredients.
