Ingredients

  • 4 pieces Bone-in pork chops
  • 1 cup Long-grain white rice
  • 2 cups Chicken broth
  • 1 can Cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 2 cloves Garlic
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 teaspoon Dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Cooking oil

Directions

Step 1

Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add cooking oil.

Step 2

Season the pork chops with salt, black pepper, and paprika on both sides.

Step 3

Sear the pork chops in the skillet for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove from heat and set aside.

Step 4

Finely dice the onion and mince the garlic.
