  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped (optional for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Pat the pork chops dry with paper towels and season both sides evenly with 1 teaspoon of salt and 1 teaspoon of black pepper.

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add 2 tablespoons of olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter. Once the butter is melted and starts to foam, add the pork chops in a single layer.
