  • 4 pieces bone-in pork chops
  • 2 teaspoons kosher salt

  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 3 cloves garlic cloves, minced
  • 10 leaves fresh sage leaves, roughly chopped
  • 2 pieces large apples, peeled, cored, and sliced
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice

Directions

Step 1

Season both sides of the pork chops with kosher salt and ground black pepper.

Step 2

Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil.

Sear the pork chops on each side for 3-4 minutes until golden brown. Remove them from the skillet and set aside.
