  • 1 teaspoons black pepper

  • 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 cup dry white wine
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons fresh parsley, chopped

Directions

Step 1

Season the pork chops on both sides with 1 teaspoon of salt and the black pepper. Let them rest at room temperature for 10 minutes to allow the seasoning to absorb.

Step 2

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the pork chops and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Remove the pork chops from the skillet and set them aside.

Step 3

Reduce the heat to medium and add the butter to the skillet. Once melted, add the minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant, stirring frequently to prevent burning.
