  • 3 cups Broccoli florets
  • 4 cups Chicken broth
  • 2 leaves Bay leaves
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika
  • 2 sprigs Fresh thyme
  • 1 tablespoon Cornstarch
  • 2 tablespoons Water

Directions

Step 1

Season the pork cubes with salt and pepper.

Step 2

Heat olive oil in a large pot or Dutch oven over medium-high heat.

Sear the pork cubes in batches until golden brown on all sides. Remove and set aside.

In the same pot, add diced onions and cook until softened, about 5 minutes.
