Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, mix ground beef, 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of black pepper, and 1/2 tsp of garlic powder. Form the mixture into 4 equal-sized patties, flattening them to about 1/2-inch thickness.

Set up a dredging station: Place the flour into a shallow dish. In a separate bowl, whisk the eggs and milk together.

Season the flour with the remaining 1/2 tsp of salt, 1/2 tsp of black pepper, and 1/2 tsp of garlic powder. Mix well.
