Ingredients

  • 750 ml red wine (medium-bodied, such as Merlot or Rioja)

  • 120 ml brandy
  • 240 ml club soda or sparkling water
  • 60 ml simple syrup
  • 1 medium, sliced orange
  • 1 medium, sliced lemon
  • 1 medium, sliced lime
  • 8 medium, hulled and sliced strawberries
  • 1 medium, cored and sliced green apple
  • 1 medium, pitted and sliced peach
  • 2 cups ice cubes
  • 2 tbsp mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

1. In a large pitcher, combine the red wine, orange juice, brandy, and simple syrup. Stir well to combine.

2. Add the sliced orange, lemon, lime, strawberries, green apple, and peach to the pitcher. Gently stir to coat the fruit in the liquid.
