Ingredients

  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 3 units garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 teaspoon ginger, minced
  • 1 medium carrot, julienned
  • 1 medium red bell pepper, thinly sliced
  • 2 cups baby bok choy, chopped
  • 300 grams egg noodles
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • 2 stalks spring onions, finely chopped
  • 0.5 teaspoon white pepper
  • 4 tablespoons water

Directions

Step 1

In a small bowl, combine the sliced beef with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce, 1 tablespoon of oyster sauce, 1 tablespoon of cornstarch, and 1 tablespoon of water. Mix well and set aside to marinate for 15 minutes.

Step 2

Cook the egg noodles in a pot of boiling water according to the package instructions. Drain, rinse with cold water, and toss with 1 teaspoon of sesame oil to prevent sticking. Set aside.
