  • 1 cup Pineapple chunks (fresh or canned, drained)

  • 1 cup Fresh orange juice
  • 1 cup Cold water
  • 1 tablespoon Honey (optional, for sweetness)
  • 6 pieces Ice cubes
  • 6 leaves Mint leaves (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Place the pomegranate seeds, pineapple chunks, diced mango, and fresh orange juice in a blender.

Step 2

Add the cold water to help with blending and to achieve a juice-like consistency.

Step 3

Blend the mixture on high speed for about 1-2 minutes, or until the ingredients are fully liquefied and smooth. If your blender struggles, you can add more water, 1 tablespoon at a time.
