  • 2 packets Unflavored gelatin powder
  • 1 cup Granulated sugar
  • 1 cup Water
  • 0.5 cup Pomegranate seeds (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

In a medium saucepan, combine the granulated sugar and 1 cup of water. Heat over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until the sugar is completely dissolved. Remove from heat and let cool slightly.

In a large heatproof bowl, sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over 1 cup of cold pomegranate or cranberry juice. Let it sit for 3 to 5 minutes to bloom.
