  • 1 cup Cold water
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
  • 2 teaspoons Sugar (optional)
  • 4 Ice cubes
  • 4 Mint leaves (optional, for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

1. Place the pomegranate seeds in a blender. If you prefer a sweeter drink, you can add the sugar at this step.

2. Add cold water to the blender and blend on high for 1-2 minutes until the seeds are crushed and the juice is extracted.
