  • 2 medium carrots

  • 2 tablespoons rice vinegar

  • 1 teaspoon soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon fresh ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame seeds

  • 0.25 teaspoon black pepper

Directions

Step 1

Thinly slice the green cabbage and red cabbage. Place them in a large mixing bowl.
