  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 2 tablespoons, chopped cilantro
  • 1 cut into wedges lime

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken thighs on both sides with salt and black pepper.

Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet or sauté pan over medium heat.

Add the chicken thighs to the pan and sear for 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Remove the chicken from the pan and set aside.
