  • 4 cups Vegetable oil (for frying)

Directions

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the buttermilk and hot sauce. Submerge the chicken pieces in this mixture, ensuring each piece is fully coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours or overnight for the best flavor and tenderness.
