  • 2 pounds Boneless, skinless chicken breasts or thighs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable oil
  • 1 medium White onion, finely chopped
  • 4 Garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup Chicken broth
  • 1 cup Crema (or substitute with sour cream)
  • 0.5 cup Heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons Fresh cilantro, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice (optional)

Directions

Step 1

Season the chicken breasts or thighs with salt and black pepper on both sides.
