Ingredients

  • 1 cup All-purpose flour
  • 1.25 cups Milk
  • 3 large Eggs
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 tablespoons Butter
  • 1 small White cabbage
  • 8 ounces Mushrooms
  • 1 medium Onion
  • 0.5 teaspoon Black pepper
  • 1.5 cups Breadcrumbs
  • 0.5 cup Vegetable oil

Directions

Step 1

Prepare the crepe batter by whisking together flour, milk, eggs, and 1/2 teaspoon salt in a large bowl until smooth. Set aside.

Step 2

Clean and finely chop the cabbage and mushrooms. Dice the onion.

Step 3

In a large skillet, add butter and sauté onions over medium heat until translucent, about 5 minutes.

Add chopped cabbage and mushrooms to the onions. Season with the remaining salt and black pepper. Cook until the vegetables are soft, about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Set aside to cool slightly.
