  • 1 sliced celery stalk
  • 1 medium, sliced parsnip
  • 1 piece bay leaf

Directions

Step 1

Start by preparing the liver dumpling mixture. Rinse the beef liver under cold water, pat dry with paper towels, and finely mince it or process it in a food processor until smooth.
