  • 1 cup Breadcrumbs
  • 1 large Egg
  • 2 cloves Minced garlic
  • 0.25 cup Grated Parmesan cheese (for meatballs)
  • 2 tablespoons Milk
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 0.5 teaspoon Dried basil
  • 2 tablespoons Olive oil
  • 3 cups Marinara sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • 2 tablespoons Chopped fresh parsley

Directions

Step 1

In a medium pot, bring 4 cups of water to a boil. Add 1 teaspoon of salt, then slowly whisk in the cornmeal, constantly stirring to avoid clumps.
