  • 2 tablespoons Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions

Step 1

Pat the mahi mahi fillets dry with paper towels and season both sides with salt and pepper.

In a large, deep skillet or sauté pan, melt the butter with the olive oil over medium heat.
