  • 50 milliliters water

Directions

Step 1

Wash the plums thoroughly, remove the pits, and chop them into small pieces.

Finely chop the onion and garlic.

In a large saucepan, combine the chopped plums, onion, garlic, brown sugar, apple cider vinegar, and water.
